Healthy Tips for Handling Pet Food


Be careful when you are handling and storing dog or cat treats and food.

If a bag of moist or raw dog treats sit in a warm location germs can grow and contaminate the ingredients.

Wash your hands after you touch pet treats and dry pet foods.

Make sure your children wash after feeding family pets.

Wash dog bowls regularly with hot soapy water.

Store pet foods in cool dark locations with ventilation.

Read the expiration date.
