Follow Wendy Nan Rees as she and Susan's Healthy Gourmet Help her get back to a healthy Lifestyle

Susan's Healthy Gourmet was founded by Susan Johnson, a Houston native who moved to Southern California in the mid-1990s. She quickly discovered that providing nutritious, healthy and delicious meals was a challenge for the busy West Coast population. At the time, a meal delivery service did not exist in the region, and Johnson filled the niche by opening Susan's Healthy Gourmet in 1996 to provide an effortless way for Southern Californians to achieve a healthy diet, one delicious bite at a time. In January 2009 Susan Johnson teamed up with Wendy Nan Rees Pet Lifestyle advisor; to share her struggles and successes of her battle with weight. Being a busy writer, radio show personality and pet advice columnist made it nearly impossible for Wendy to eat healthy and keep her weight in check. After, several diets and gimmicks; Wendy found Susan's Healthy Gourmet. Susan's nutritionists work closely with Wendy on what her goals were and how to obtain them. Please check in weekly at http://www.susanshealthygourmet.com/ to read about Wendy's amazing journey and also to share your own struggles with weight lose. We would love to hear from all of you.
